Terms & Conditions – Namrata Manifesta (iRISE)

1. Project Information

All information, visuals, floor plans, project configurations, and amenities mentioned are indicative and subject to change at the discretion of the developer or applicable authorities. The final offerings will be as per the agreement executed between the buyer and the developer.

2. Regulatory Compliance

The project is registered under MahaRERA with Registration No. P52100080124. Buyers are advised to verify details through the official RERA website before proceeding.

3. Booking and Allotment

Booking is considered confirmed only upon realization of the booking amount and execution of the booking form. Allotment is at the sole discretion of the developer.

4. Payments

Payments must be made as per the agreed-upon payment schedule. Delayed payments may attract interest as mentioned in the sale agreement.

5. Possession Timeline

Possession is expected by December 2029, subject to force majeure, approvals, and timely customer payments.

6. Price and Charges

Prices, payment plans, and charges for amenities, maintenance, and other services are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of the developer.

7. Images and Marketing Material

All brochures, digital advertisements, or images are artistic representations for promotional purposes only. They do not constitute a legal offer or guarantee.

8. Modifications

The developer reserves the right to amend plans, layout, elevation, and specifications, in the best interest of the project and subject to approvals from relevant authorities.

9. Third-party Services

Any references to third-party services (such as banks for loans or property consultants) are for assistance only. The developer is not liable for their commitments or services.

10. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
